The products sold on BrandsBoutiqueJewelia are all 100% original, purchased directly from the official distributor. The catalog is restocked daily and new arrivals are immediately available online. If you would like to be notified of new arrivals, please make sure you have subscribed to our free newsletter.

Question Orders and Purchases
Answer

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  To place an order on BrandsBoutiqueJewelia you must select the product and quantity you wish to purchase and then click on “Add to cart”. To finalize the order and proceed to payment click on “View your cart” or on the cart icon in the menu at the top right of the screen. Here you will see the summary of your order where you can still apply a coupon, changes, cancel or add product. By clicking on “Proceed to Checkout”, you will be asked to fill in the shipping and billing information and choose the payment method. By choosing to pay by debit/credit card, PayPal you will be automatically sent to the payment page. If you choose bank transfer, your order will be reserved by the system and a confirmation email will be sent to you with the bank transfer details necessary for payment. Once the payment has been made, you will receive an order confirmation email with the status of the order. This can also be viewed in the “My Orders” section of your profile.

Question Shipment and Deliveries

The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier. Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment. Other non-express shipments are usually delivered within 2 – 7 working days. The shipping fees are VAT included and are to be paid by the buyer. Some customers may be eligible for our FREE SHIPPING offer. The custom duties and fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the country of destination of the goods. Please contact your local custom office for more information. For direct shipments to the USA, if the order value is below 800USD, custom duties aren’t applied.  

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing all your purchase details. Once your order is approved, we will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your account. If you purchased as a guest, click on the Order Tracking‘  and enter your tracking number (from your Order Confirmation email) along with the email address you used to place the order. 

You can make a return request within 14 days of receiving the goods by following these instructions. The products must be returned intact and with the original packaging. For complete return conditions, consult the Terms and Conditions. The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. BrandsBoutiqueJewelia is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

Question Personalised quotation for your order

If your order is over €100, you may request a custom tailored discount on your order. Our aim is to offer you the best possible prices and service. In this case, you can request a custom quote by following these steps:

  1. Add the products to your cart

  2. Fill in the fields related to the shipping and billing address, then select the payment option via “Bank Transfer”. Your order will then be booked while waiting to receive your personalized quotation by email. Once you have received your quotation, you are not obliged to accept it. If you accept the quotation, you can choose to pay your order by bank transfer, Paypal or debit/credit card.

You do not need to set up an account to place an order on BrandsBoutiqueJewelia, but it allows you to:

  • Shop without re-entering your address or card details

Question Coupons and Size guide

  1. To use many coupon codes, first register and create an account on the website.

  2. On the checkout page, you can enter the coupon code and click the  “Apply Coupon” button to apply your savings before placing the order.

  3. Once an order has been paid, we are unable to retroactively apply a coupon.

  4. Contact us if you have a coupon code  that is not working, but first check out its expiry date.
